Each Keycapsule package includes a set of keycaps, a keycap puller, exclusive stickers, and a coaster. You can purchase the Keycapsule set alone or in a bundle with other Keycapsule products (such as a desk mat or cables), which are also available as a one-off purchase if you prefer. Currently, we don't offer keyboards for purchase, only keycaps.

Our keycaps do not have a CE mark, so they do not meet regulatory safety standards. The presence of small parts such as keyboard keys does not apply to the use of keycaps by children.

If you still haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, first check the delivery tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking indicates a delay or if you have no information, contact us and include your order number. We'll help you locate your package and, if necessary, take steps to ensure your refund.

Following your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package in real time, from preparation to delivery. Keep it safe.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is generally no longer possible to change your bank details, but you can contact us within a few hours to try to update your delivery address or cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Our customer service will do their best to accommodate your request! However, if the package has already been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it.

Yes, the debit is processed immediately after your order is validated. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and the amount debited.

If you made a mistake, we'll refund the product for any return made within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in perfect condition in their original packaging (still in their blister pack). Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

It's perfectly possible to have your order delivered to a collection point! When placing your order, you have the option to choose a collection point near you. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email (or text message) with tracking information and instructions on how to pick it up at the collection point you selected.

Typically, standard deliveries take 3 to 7 business days, while express options can arrive in 1 to 3 business days. An estimated delivery time will be provided when you place your order and in your confirmation email.
